Chapter 1 – The Last Day of the holiday.
Fiskers walked along kicking at the snow as he went. He wore a blue scarf around his neck and a red coat. His whiskers drooped and on his face was a very sulky look.
“Ho, Ho Fiskers,” shouted Reno the rabbit, waving his paw at the little field mouse from his front door.
“Where are you off to?”
Fiskers stopped kicking the snow and returned the greeting.
“I’ve got to go to Dame Wimple’s….
