This book is dedicated to my wife Ruth, for her tireless belief and for her love that she has allowed me the privilege of experiencing. To my wonderful children Abraham and Elizabeth for being outstanding children!

As I write this book; I have been in the Financial Services industry now for 10 years. It has been my observation over the years that many of the people that I’ve seen had no idea why they purchase this or that financial product. Most of time this was because the salesman said so, and they had no idea about all the different aspects of financial planning.

One of the first organizations that I was with used an approach called the bait and switch. This is where a person was mailed a flyer that asks them to respond to an offer for a free no-obligation benefit. The job for the insurance agent was to go in and basically sell a person a product.
