What type of information do we collect?
If you sign up to our newsletters we will only keep your email address & name details so we can contact you.
When you become a client, we may ask you for personal data including names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal address, phone number or credit card information as part of a purchase. We do not store your credit card data. That is done at the payment processor, such as PayPal, Stripe or EventBrite.
We collect information about you when you send us an email, leave comments or submit a request form but only for the purposes of carrying out our contracted service or contacting you with a reply as requested.
When you visit our websites, browser data such as IP addresses is collected anonymously from you by Google Analytics in order to improve the site and customer service. This data is not used to identify individuals and will be automatically deleted 14 months after collection.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To process transactions: e.g. making an online purchase or registering.
- Correspondence:
- To send you periodic emails related to the interests you registered on our website.
- If you complete a Contact Form on the website seeking information, you will be given a choice to opt in to be added to our mailing list. We will respond to your enquiry but you will only be added to our database if you choose.
- To improve our websites: we continually strive to improve our website based on the information and feedback we receive from you. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each mailing.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain & safeguard your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.
We use a secure Payment gateway provider in all cases (PayPal and Stripe and EventBrite). When you make an online transaction, They provide us only with your contract details, any message you wished to leave and the amount of the payment.
We do not see or store your card details when you make an online transaction.
We take, and will continue to take, all reasonable steps (which includes relevant technical and organisational measures) to guarantee the safety of the data you provide to us and we will only use the data for the intended purpose. However, the nature of the internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet will be 100% secure.
- Our mailing list is only visible to administrators or our Email Marketing software and is not shared with other organisations.
We use Mailerlite as our email newsletter provider. Mailerlite are fully GDPR compliant and committed to robust privacy policies which you can read all about on their page.
The legal basis for using your data
We only process personal data with the your consent. This consent will be recorded via the Contact form on the website, and/or via email communications.
In addition, we may process personal data for the purposes of their legitimate interests provided such processing doesn’t outweigh your rights and freedoms. For example, we may process personal data to:

- Enable or administer the business, such as for quality control, consolidated reporting, and customer service;
- Understand and improve the business or customer relationships generally.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. We undertake to report all significant data breaches to the Data Protection Commissioner within 72 hours of the breach occurring, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms as an individual. We also undertake to document the facts relating to the breach, its effect, and any remedial action taken.
If the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we shall communicate the personal data breach to you without undue delay.
Updating, verifying and deleting personal data
We will provide you with access to all of your data on request. You can ask for your data to be amended if it’s inaccurate, deleted, or transferred to you in a common format. This will be done within one month of your request. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
You may inform us of any changes in your personal data, and in accordance with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation, we will update or delete your personal data accordingly.
