I was born in India, brought up in Afghanistan and live in the UAE. I speak 6 languages fluently.
I am an artist. I paint with knives and blades. I like skydiving and archery.
I am the founder of an NGO Healing Lives, that operates in India, Kenya and Bangladesh.
I have produced 2 films in Assamese that carry a message to society. You can find out more about me on my websites.
Why do you write?
Writing is one way to give a physical shape to your thoughts and make them visible to others. I write to share my thoughts, my feelings, my hopes.
Where did you get the inspiration for your current book?
From my various travels to different parts of the world
What do you enjoy the most about your genre?
I have written a book of short stories and poems. It brings positivity, hope, inspiration and humanity.
How would you describe your writing process?
Intense and passionate about what I believe in.
What do you think authors have to gain from participating in social media?
I guess exposure.
What advice would you have for other writers?
Don’t hold back. Write your heart out.
How do you select your books’ titles and covers?
I select my book title to convey what I want to say through my stories. The cover is my own painting.
What's your next step?
To promote awareness about the fast vanishing traits of human kindness and compassion.
